Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of stromal tumor resection for the treatment of gastric analysis application of laparoscopic gastric wedge. Methods In our hospital in patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor in 120 cases as the research object,randomly divided into study group and control group,each of 60 cases.The control group underwent open gastric wedge resection operation,the study group were performed laparoscopic wedge resection of stomach.The incision length,operation of the two groups of patients with bleeding,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared.Results The two groups of patients with operation time are similar,there was no significant difference (P>0.05);Operation incision length,operation of the patients in the study groups in the amount of bleeding,postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay were significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Study group the incidence of complications was 5.00%, significantly lower than the control group of 30.00%, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of laparoscopic gastric wedge resection in the treatment of gastric stromal tumor,can produce a significant clinical effect,small trauma,quick recovery,short hospitalization time,low complication rate,high security,and is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
