Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) technology implementation hypothermia treatment of severe traumatic brain injury.Methods 16 case of patients with severe traumatic brain injury from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected for the observation group, who had been treated with the application of conventional therapy combined with hypothermia CRRT technology implementation.14 case of patients with severe traumatic brain injury from March 2013 to December 2013 were selected for the control group which was only treated with conventional treatment. GCS score, intracranial pressure, blood glucose and blood lactate levels prognosis of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe mortality rate within 3 months of observation group was lower than the control group(25.00% vs. 71.43%), the difference was statistically significant(x2= 6.467, P<0.05); The 24, 48 and 72 hours after surgery intracranial pressure of the observation group were lower than the control group (allP<0.05); The blood glucose, lactate levels of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionCRRT implementation of hypothermia therapy is safe and effective in patients with severe traumatic brain injury,It can reduces high intracranial pressure and can improve hyperglycemia and lactic acidosis and reduce mortality.关键词
