Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Weili diabetes therapeutic equipment in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were hospitalized and treated in the department of endocrinology of our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were divided into two groups. 33 patients of control group were treated with conventional treatment, and 27 patients of treatment group were treated with WLTY-2000 type Weili diabetes therapeutic equipment. The clinical effect of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of improvement of clinical symptoms of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (100.0% vs 72.7%), and the MCV and SCV were significantly improved than those of control group (P<0.05), which was statistically significant.Conclusion Weili diabetes therapeutic equipment in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can significantly improve patients’ clinical symptoms and electromyography, and increase nerve conduction velocity, which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
