Abstract
Objective To explore the method to improve air quality in laminar flow operating rooms.Methods 125 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy operated in 10,000 laminar flow operation rooms (8 rooms) in our hospital from January 2013 to December were selected as control group,and 136 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy operated in 10,000 laminar flow operation rooms (8 rooms) in our hospital from January 2014 to December were selected as observation group,where air quality in operation room was intervened. The moment before the first surgery and the moment after all the surgeries on surgical day were set as two observation points.The difference between bacterial content in air tested by dynamic disinfection machine method before first surgery and after all the surgeries before and after intervention were analyzed.Resultsbacterial content in air before first surgery and after all the surgeries after intervention of observation group was significantly less than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Effective control of air quality can significantly reduce bacterial content in laminar flow operation rooms.关键词
