Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of dezocine intravenous fluid in treatment of postoperative patient-controlled analgesia.METHODS: 180 cases of elderly patients in anal-colorectal surgery were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 90 cases in each group. The control group received fentanyl injection, and the observation group received dezocine injection; the visualanaloguescale( VAS) scores, Ramsay scores of 2 h,6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h in two group of patients were observed, and the adverse reactions of two group of patients were compared.RESULTS: The VAS scores in two groups with different time points were below 2 , and showed a decreasing trend with time;the Ramsay scores were at the range of 2-3, there were no statistically significant difference between two groups ( P>0.05) .The rate of adverse reactions in observation group were [ 7.78%( 7/90 ) ] , significantly lower than that in control group [ 18.89%( 17/90 ) ] , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:Dezocine intravenous fluid in treatment of postoperative patient-controlled analgesia has a good clinical efficacy and high security, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
