Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the utilization of oral strains in the Central Hospital of Shanghai Songjiang District ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , and to provide reference for the clinical rational drug use. METHODS:Utilization data of statins during 2012-2014 were collected from hospital information system by Excel 2003, the data of drugs'generic name, trade name, specification, preparation, annual consumption amount, consumption sum, defined daily dose system( DDDs) were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:The consumption sum of statins in our hospital increased yearly, the consumption sum and DDDs of simvastatin continuously took the No.1 place during the last three years, and atorvastatin calcium increased obviously.CONCLUSIONS: The utilization of statins is mainly focus on simvastatin, which are soon going to reach maturity.关键词
