Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To conduct the tracing investigation of perioperative utilization of antibiotics on patients with urology surgery, and to analyze its rationality so as to provide reference for the rational use of antibiotics in clinic. METHODS:129 cases of discharged medical records were randomly selected from The First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) during 2010-2012, the perioperative utilization rationality of antibiotics was analyzed.RESULTS:The indications of urology surgery for perioperative utilization of antibacterials were too wide, the time was too long, and the administration time was unreasonable. CONCLUSIONS: There were some problems in the perioperative utilization of antibiotics on patients with urology surgery.Thus, it is important to strengthen the establishment of hospital system and the management of rational utilization of antibiotics, and improve the education on rational application of antibiotics in medical workers, so as to further enhance the knowledge of rational utilization of antibiotics.关键词
