Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the perioperative utilization of antibiotics in type Ⅰ incision in Official Hospital of Jiangsu Province ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , and analyzed the existed problems so as to provide reference for the rational use of antibiotics.METHODS: By retrospective analysis, 203 cases which met the requirements of perioperative utilization of antibiotics from Oct.2012 to Oct.2013 were collected.RESULTS:Of 203 cases, there were 33 cases with the prophylactic utilization of antibiotics, accounting for 16.3%;26 cases(78.8%) were given antibiotics 0.5-2h before operations, 7 cases received antibiotics after operations.The most frequently used antibiotics were cefuroxime, ceftriaxone and mezlocillin.CONCLUSIONS:The perioperative utilization of antibiotics in type Ⅰincision in our hospital were basically rational, but there are still some irrational phenomenon in medicinal indication, the choice of drugs and administration time, which need to further strengthen the management.关键词
