Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the development of pharmaceutical counseling service, and to provide reference for the improvement of pharmaceutical counseling service.METHODS:4 459 cases of drug counseling data in the First People's Hospital of Sichuan Shuangliu County from Jan.2013 to Dec.2014 were collected, and the counseling contents were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:Of the problems that consulted by patients, the contents for route of administration and dosage took the lead (2 650 cases,59.43%), followed by medication time (703 cases, 15.77%) , pharmacology (306 cases, 6.86%) and interactions of drugs (264 cases, 5.92%) etc.Digestive system drugs were the major drugs for counseling ( 40.33%) , followed by anti-infection drugs and cardiovascular drugs. CONCLUSIONS: Pharmaceutical counseling has becoming an important part of pharmaceutical care.Pharmacists should continually enhance the professional knowledge, and constantly improve pharmacy service in order to promote rational drug use.关键词
