Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the quality of outpatient prescriptions and medications, and to promote standardization of prescription writing then improve the quality of prescription, so as to promote clinical rational drug use.METHODS: 382 605 outpatient prescriptions in Guangdong General Hospital Huifu Branch in 2013 were collected to make the review and analysis, charts were took to make the classified statistic, problems in outpatient prescriptions were analyzed.RESULTS: Of the 382 605 outpatient prescriptions,unqualified prescriptions were 286, accounting for 0.07%;among which the prescriptions with inappropriate medications took the largest proportion,totally 191 prescriptions,accounting for 66.78%.The high title and medium title physicians had the same pass rates,which were both higher than that of the elementary title physicians; the pass rate of prescriptions was low in the oncology, accounting for 99.19%(2 923/2 947) .CONCLUSIONS:The outpatient prescriptions were basically rational,but there were still many problems. Thus, it is necessary to intensify efforts to the implementary degree of Prescription Administrative Policy, and strengthen the monitoring and inspection of prescriptions so as to improve the quality of prescriptions and promote rational drug use.关键词
