Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To explore the participation of clinical pharmacists in anti-infection treatment and the entry point of developing pharmaceutical care.METHODS:Aim at the patients with complicated urinary tract infection, the clinical pharmacists formulated individual treatment regimen and provided pharmaceutical care in respect of the drug selection,dosage, treatment course and monitoring of adverse reactions, etc.RESULTS:The pharmaceutical care obtained obvious effect and improved the level of clinical medication.CONCLUSIONS:The participation of clinical pharmacists in the formulation of anti-infection treatment regimen and provision of pharmaceutical care for patients can reduce or avoid adverse drug reactions and improve the outcome of medication treatment.关键词
