Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy and safety of Sanjin tablets combined with Norfloxacin tablets in treatment of urinary tract infection .METHODS: 84 cases with urinary tract infection admitted into the hospital from Aug.2010 to Jun.2014 were selected as the research objects , who were divided into observation group and control group , with 42 cases in each group .The observation group were treated with Sanjin tablets combined with norfloxacin tablets while the control group only received orally Norfloxacin tablets .The time of symptom relief , the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared .RESULTS:The time of frequent micturition , urgency of urination, dysuria, abdominal bulge, fever, hematuria and the time of pain relief in kidney in the observation group were respectively ( 5.10 ±1.32 ) d, ( 5.77 ±2.31 ) d, ( 2.66 ±1.34 ) d, ( 4.69 ±2.16 ) d, (3.21 ±1.51) d, (3.67 +1.51) d and (3.02 +1.61) d, which were significantly lower than those in the control group(7.87 ±1.51) d,(9.84 ±2.64) d,(4.21 ±0.58) d,(5.83 ±2.61) d,(4.82 ±1.64) d,(6.86 ±1.64) d and (6.58 ±1.94) d, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group was [97.62%(41/42)], significantly higher than[ 85.71%(36/42)]of the control group, with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The rate of adverse reactions in observation group was [ 7.14%(3/42)],and in control group was [ 9.52%(4/42)],there was no significant difference between two groups (χ2 =0.156,P >0.05).CONCLUSIONS: Sanjin tablets combined with Norfloxacin tablets in treatment of urinary tract infection has a significant efficacy , which can shorten the time of symptoms with safe and reliable effect; and it is of high value in clinical application .关键词
