Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the application of antibiotics in the outpatient and emergency pharmacy of the Fifth People's Hospital of Shanghai , Fudan University ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) . METHODS:Retrospective analysis was conducted on the application of antibiotics in the outpatient and emergency pharmacy during 2012-2014 in respect of the consumption sum and DDDs and DDC , etc.RESULTS: As for the consumption sum , the proportion of antibiotics in the total medicines were stable yearly; cephalosporins and macrolides took the lead of the consumption sum list in each year;azithromycin lactobionate dominated the first place during the three years .Cefuroxime axetil , Levofloxacin and Azithromycin tablets ranked the top three in terms of DDDs .CONCLUSIONS:The application of antibiotics in outpatient and emergency pharmacy of our hospital is basically rational .But certain antibiotics have the trend of abuse .It is necessary to further strengthen the supervision so as to promote rational use of antibiotics .关键词
