Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the necessity of implementation of pharmaceutical care in patients with mental disorders by the clinical pharmacists in the psychiatric hospital .METHODS: 43 cases of irrational medical orders were analyzed combined with the medical order reviews from all discharged patients in a certain psychiatric hospital in 2014.RESULTS: The irrational medical orders involved patients like paranoia schizophrenia , anxious disorder and epilepsy , etc.Through reference of the medication information of patients and suggestions that given to the clinician based on the selection of drug categories , route of administration , method of administration , dosage of administration and treatment course , the clinical pharmacists could monitor the administration process of patients and then find out , prevent and solve the related problems , so as to guarantee the safe , effective and economic medication in patients .CONCLUSIONS:It is necessary to actively advocate the pharmaceutical service concept of “taking patients as the center”, further contribute the construction of clinical pharmacists system in the psychiatric hospital , and the clinical pharmacists should develop pharmaceutical care in in-depth clinic .关键词
