Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the medication treatment method and pharmaceutical care participated by the clinical pharmacists in one patient with metastatic colon carcinoma , and to summarize the role of clinical pharmacists in the pharmaceutical care .METHODS:One patient with metastatic colon who received treatment of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine was selected as the research object , statistical analysis was conducted on the evaluation of therapeutic regimen , usage of chemotherapy drugs , prevention and monitoring of adverse reactions and guidance of discharged patients , etc, during the whole process of pharmaceutical care .RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: By the effective pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists during the whole processes of chemotherapy drugs implementation , the patient has received comprehensive individualized treatment , which could guarantee the efficacy of chemotherapy , prevent and relief adverse reactions, improve the medication compliance of patient , and effectively promote rational drug use .关键词
