Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of three-dimensional ultrasonographic imaging in pa⁃tients with gallbladder diseases. Methods One hundred and four patients with gallbladder diseases were pro⁃spectively studied. All patients underwent routine two-dimensional ultrasonographic(2D) imaging assessment of the gallbladder and the acquisition of three-dimensional ultrasonographic (3D) imaging. The two techniques were reported independently of each other and the diagnoses were compared to evaluate the clinical value of three-di⁃mensional ultrasonographic imaging. Results 3D ultrasonographic imaging could clearly demonstrate the pres⁃ strate the relationship of the gallbladder wall with both gallbladder adenomyomatosis and gallbladder carcinoma. The acquisition of three-dimensional ultrasonographic (3D) imaging were better than that of two-dimensional im⁃aging(P<0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasonographic (3D) imaging may provide more fraitful and accurate clinic information for the diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder diseases than two-dimensional ultraso⁃nographic(2D) imaging.关键词
