单臂外固定架治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折模型的抗压力学性能
The Compression Biomechanical Features on the Model for the Intertrochanteric Fractures by External Fixation

Abstract
Objective To evaluated the compression biomechanical features on the model for the intertro-chanteric fractures by external fixation. Methods We made experimental models with the external fixator and cadaveric femur of senile. We tested the compressive resistances properties of the model,meanwhile,measuring sensor values by the application of biomechanical strain compressive stress of the test model of the Post test technology and experimental methods of electri-cal. Results We impose 0~600N vertical loading on fixed model, as the pressure increases, fracture broken end displacement 2.80 mm maximum. At the same time, we concluded that this model on either side of the tuberosity compressive stress sensor values, fixed system can restore and maintain the proximal femur bending trabecular, effectively against the adverse effects of shear forces. Conclusion the compression biomechanical features on the model is safe and reliable for the intertrochanteric fractures by external fixation.关键词
