HPLC指纹图谱对珍黄胶囊质量评价研究
Quality Evaluation of Zhenhuang Capsules by HPLC Fingerprint
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the fingerprint for evaluation of Zhenhuang Capsules (Scutellaria Extract, Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma, et al). Methods The fingerprint was established by HPLC with photodiode array detector (PADA). The mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid (gradient elution), column temperature was at 35 ℃, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Results There were 15 common peaks appeared in the HPLC-PADA fingerprint which was defined by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM (Version 2004A) published by Committee of Pharmacopoeia of China. The similarity of 11 batches examples with the control was more than 0.99. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, with good reproducibility. It is suitable for quality evaluation of Zhenhuang Capsules.关键词
