矿石粒度对镍钴浸出率的影响研究
Investigation on the Effect of Particle Size of Ore on the Leaching Rate
摘要
Abstract
This paper has investigated the particle size distribution of the lateritic ore after shredding and the leaching performance with different particle sizes. In the experiments of the agitation leaching under the normal pressure, the leaching efficiencies of Ni and Co from the ore of particle size 123μm have reached 86.11% and 92.91% respectively. It indicates that the leaching efficiency of coarse particles is higher than the ore with fine gridding. In the heap leaching experiments, the ore of 0.25~2 mm has a higher permeability of sulphuric acid than the ore of 0~0.25 mm. The leaching efficiency of Co and Ni have reached a satisfied level.关键词
