Abstract
Detection of the Urea Convertor include macro-corrosion layer corrosion test, outermost ultrasonic thickness lining and the base material, magnetic detecting thick surfacing layer, determination of ferrite, base material layer plate magnetic particle testing, Material tube penetration testing and ball head girth ultrasonic testing. Take convertor 2# of Fujian Sanming Iron and Steel Chemical Co., Ltd for example. Based on the inspection, we enumerate a variety of defects, analyze the reasons of typical corrosion, and formulate practical repair programs.关键词
