卒中后抑郁的影像学研究进展
Research Advance on Imaging Findings of Post-stroke Depression
摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke depression(PSD) is a common complication of cerebrovascular disease, which may impede neurological rehabilitation of patients with PSD, even kill more patients suffering from stroke. Reports on the incidence of PSD vary from each other greatly;it is concentrated between 20%and 50%. Although regular imaging plays a significant role on the foundation and supports the hypothesis of limbic-cortical-striatal-pallidal-thalamic(LCSPT) circuit, it still cannot serves good to early identify of PSD compared with functional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Hence, functional MRI would lay the foundation and promote early identification and prevention of PSD on the basis of nowadays survey on depression.关键词
