Abstract
Ischemic stroke exerts profound effect on human health and the quality of life, and early vascular recanalization can markedly improve the prognosis of those patients. Vascular recanalization therapy refers to recover ischemic tissue perfusion as soon as possible by using thrombolytic agents in time window, thrombectomy or establishing collateral circulation. The common methods include thrombolysis treatment, endovascular angioplasty and stenting, vascular anastomosis, combination therapy and so on. Vascular recanalization therapy is one of the key treatments for ischemic stroke. This study reviews the latest related literature in vascular recanalization therapy.关键词
