人工耳蜗植入后EABR动态变化的初步研究
A Pilot Study on Dynamic Changes of EABR after Cochlear Implant

Abstract
Objective To study dynamic changes in electrically evoked auditory brainstem response (EABR) fol-lowing cochlear implant and to study auditory pathway response characteristics in response to chronic electrical stimu-lation for the purpose of providing a research foundation for studying auditory pathway plasticity. Methods With a prospective design, 20 prelingual children aged 3.2±1.0 years received intro-operative EABR measurement after insert-ing the cochlear implant electrode. EABR measurement was repeated at 5.4±3.2 months after cochlear implant. EABR threshold, latencies of waves III and V and input-output function were analyzed. Results EABR threshold decreased from 196.9±11.1 CL intro-operatively to 189.2±13.2CL CL at 5.4±3.2 months after cochlear implant. Paired t test showed significant change (p=0.006). The wave V latency decreased from 4.72±0.21 ms intro-operatively to 4.60± 0.18 ms at 5.4±3.2 months after cochlear implant (p=0.032). Conclusion Changes in EBAR threshold and latency are already evident at 5.4±3.2 months following cochlear implant. This indicates excellent auditory pathway plasticity in children around 3 years of age and the importance of early auditory training and speech habilitation after cochle-ar implant.关键词
