摘要

Abstract

The malfunction of boiler differential protection device causes MFT in power plant #2 unit. By cause analysis and preventive measures adopted against the trip event, the importance of matching between I&C software configuration and electrical control circuit design of local devices is discussed. To improve the reliability of thermal control system, reliability of both hardware of control system and software configuration should be improved to prevent protection malfunction or refuse operation due to unreasonable software config-uration and a chain of abnormal interlocking actions of other equipment because of a single equipment failure to prevent the event from expansion.
