用冻融结合超声波法辅助提取浒苔多糖的工艺条件
Technology Study of Polysaccharides Extraction from Enteromorpha prolifera Based on Ultrasound Assisted by Freezing and Thawing

Abstract
Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide has many biological activities, and an efficient extraction technology little affecting their biological activities is important to the study on biological activity of the polysaccharide. The extraction technology of the polysaccharide from Enteromorpha prolifera was studied with ultrasound assisted by freezing and thawing. Orthogonal tests were conducted in terms of the four factors including the ratio of water to raw material, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time and extraction times. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:the ratio of water to raw material was 55, ultrasonic power was 600 W, ultrasonic time was 8 min and extracting times was 2, which led to estimated values of maximal yield of polysaccharides of 19.124%.关键词
