渔业柴油补贴政策对广东海洋捕捞业的影响研究
The Analysis of the Influences of Fisheries Diesel Allowance Policy on Guangdong Ocean Fishing Industry
摘要
Abstract
Fishing diesel allowance policy has important effects on the fishing industry. As an example of it implements in Guangdong. Analyzing the policy has advanced effects on the politics, economy, society and technology of Guangdong Ocean fishing industry. There are still several problems: the misunderstanding of the policy, the lack of supervise system of fishing oil allowance fund;fisheries subsidy way is not reasonable, ocean fishing subsidies is not scientific;poor equipments of fishermen’s. So, the government needs to improve the publicity of diesel allowance policy, to innovate fishing diesel allowance method ,to adjust fishing oil price allowance policy and to improve fishers training working mechanism.关键词
