Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of thermal moxibustion plus traditional Chinese medi-cine ion-introduction on treating knee osteoarthritis .Methods:One hundred and sixty patients with knee oste-oarthritis were randomly allocated to the treatment and control groups , with 80 cases in each group .The treat-ment group was treated by thermal moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine ion -introduction and the control group received electro acupuncture , and after three periods of treatment , compare clinical effica-cy in two groups by specialists .Results:The clinical curative rate was 63 .75%and the total efficacy rate was 96 .25%in the treatment group;the curative rate was 30%and the total efficacy rate was 78 .75%in the con-trol group.The curative rate and total efficacy rate of treatment group were obviously superior to the control group ,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Ther-mal moxibustion plus traditional Chinese medicine ion -introduction has a markedly therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis .关键词
