Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment for PTN with solar penetration acupunc-ture combined with three -stratum puncture at the trigger point .Methods:Forty PTN cases were randomly di-vided into treatment group and control group with twenty in each group .The treatment group mainly was treated with the solar penetration acupuncture , cooperated with three -stratum puncture at the trigger point .Control group took western medicine as carbamazepine therapy .Results:The result of statistical clinical efficacy after two courses showed the significant differences ( P<0.05) in the two groups.Conclusion:The treatment of PTN with solar penetration acupuncture method cooperated with three -stratum puncture at the trigger point has a better therapeutic effect compared with taking western medicine .关键词
