针刀对股骨头缺血性坏死患者髋关节囊内压和骨内压影响的临床研究
Clinical Study of Impact of Acupotomy Therapy on the Hip Intracapsular Pressure and Intraosseous Pressure of Patients with Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

Abstract
Objective:To study the curative effect of acupotomy in the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head ( ANFH) and the impact of this therapy on the hip intracapsular pressure and intraosseous pressure among these patients .Methods:60 patients were divided randomly and equally into three groups .The observa-tion group was treated with acupotomy overall release therapy comprising the hip joint cavity decompression , marrow cavity decompression and hip surrounding soft tissues release .The control group 1 was only treated with hip joint cavity decompression and marrow cavity decompression .The control group 2 was treated simply with marrow cavity decompression .After three months their curative effective was evaluated and hip intracapsular pressure and intraosseous pressure were measured before and after treatment .Results:With the exception of x-ray scores , the improvement rate of every effective evaluation index in the observation group was higher than that in the other two control groups(P<0.05 or 0.01).The intracapsular pressure and intraosseous pressure of pa-tients in the observation group and the control group 1 were significantly decreased after treatment ( P<0 .01 ) . In the control group 2, the intraosseous pressure also had a significant drop (P<0.01), but intracapsular pres-sure drop had no significant difference (P>0.05).The intracapsular pressure and intraosseous pressure in the observation group dropped much more significantly than those in other two control groups (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion:Acupotomy overall release therapy can obviously reduce the intracapsular pressure and intraosseous pressure for patients with ANFH , and its decompression effect and clinical curative effect are better than those of single marrow cavity decompression or those of hip joint cavity integrated with marrow cavity decompression .关键词
