Suitable Diseases and Symptoms Treated by Cupping Therapy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the suitable diseases and symptoms treated by cupping therapy so as to guide the clinical practice .Methods:The retrospective study of periodical literature series was used and all clinical lit-eratures about cupping therapy were searched in the China Journal Full Text Database in CNKI , the VIP Chi-nese Scientific Journals Full Text Database (CSJD), Wanfang Database, and the Chinese Bio-medical Litera-ture Database , and the frequency of the literature and the total cases about cupping therapy were statistically an -alyzed , and the principles and methods of evidence based on medicine were used to classify and grade the litera -tures, and the diseases were classified according to the international statistical classification about diseases and related healthy problems ( ICD10 ) issued by World Health Organization .Results:3 987 effective literatures in-cluding 409 679 cases were searched out , which were involved in 20 major systems and 456 kinds of diseases . Conclusion:The cupping therapy can be used for lots of suitable diseases and symptoms and it is worth popular-izing .Particularly , this therapy has obvious advantages for the treatment of the third transverse process syn-drome,myofascitis,periarthritis of shoulder,cervical spondylosis,bilateral knee osteoarthritis,osphyalgia,nerve root cervical spondylosis,prosopoplegia,cold,bronchial asthma,herpes zoster,acne,cough and stiff neck.关键词
