太冲穴古代文献应用分析
Application Analysis of Taichong(LR3) in the Ancient Literatures
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To sum up the application regularity of Taichong ( LR3) through studying the ancient lit-eratures about Taichong (LR3).Methods:We searched 1000 TCM Ancient Books in the “Encyclopedia of Tra-ditional Chinese”( the Fourth Edition ) and organized the information systematically including the primary disea-ses and symptoms of Taichong (LR3),the compatibility of acupionts, the primary diseases and symptoms of Tai-chong ( LR3 ) with compatible effects , the methods of needling and moxibustion , the stimulating quantity of nee-dling and moxibustion , with which we built a data base .Results:A total of 752 relevant articles of Taichong ( LR3) on the application and 689 primary diseases and symptoms were collected in accordance with the inclu-sive criteria in 87 TCM ancient books .The results also showed that the occurrence frequency of Taichong ( LR3 ) compatible application was 1433 times, and 167 compatible acupoints on meridian .Conclusion:Taichong ( LR3) without the compatible effect is suitable for different clinical department and is especially good in the treatment of the diseases and symptoms in the internal medicine of TCM in ancient , and the first seven diseases and symptoms in the internal medicine of TCM are cough , jaundice , epilepsy , vomiting , arthralgia-syndrome , syncope-syndrome and stranguria in .The first ten diseases and symptoms of Taichong ( LR3) with the compati-ble effect are arthralgia-syndrome , Chest Bi-syndrome , Abdominal Pain , blood syndrome , consumptive dis-ease, jaundice, Jing(spasm)syndrome, edema, low back pain and stroke.The acupoints whose occurrence fre-quency of the compatible acupionts with Taichong ( LR3 ) are more, which include Hegu ( LI4 ), Zusanli (ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6) , Xingjian(LR2), Kunlun(BL60), Zhaohai(Kl6),Xuanzhong(GB39), Zhongfeng (LR4), Dadun(LR1), Baihui(GV20) and so on.Taichong(LR3) with Xingjian(LR2), Taichong(LR3) with Hegu(LI4), Taichong(LR3) with Sanyinjiao(SP6) are often used to be the acupoint pairs of Taichong ( LR3 ) .The ancients often use the moxibustion as the methods of needling and moxibustion on Taichong ( LR3 ) , and the stimulating quantity of the moxibustion was often used at three Zhuang .The needling depth and the nee-dle retaining time of Taichong ( LR3 ) are respectively three fen and ten breath .关键词
