针刺不同疗程治疗肩关节疼痛病人的疗效评估
Clinical Assessment of the Efficacy on the Treatment of Shoulder Pain by Acupuncture with Different Treatment Periods
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the acupuncture treatment for shoulder pain patients by SPADI and DASH assessment .Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into a short -term group and a long-term group .The short-term group had 25 patients and the long -term group included 25 patients .Patients in both groups re-ceived the acupuncture treatment for 2 times per week .The short-term group had one month period , and the long-term group had three months period .And every patient received the assessment for VAS , SPADI and SASH before and after acupuncture treatment .Results:Patients in both groups reducd their pain assessment , but long-term group had a more efficacy compared with the short -term group.Conclusion:Long-term acu-puncture treatment for shoulder pain has a synergic effect .关键词
