巨刺运动疗法治疗肩关节周围炎的临床研究
Clinical Observation on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis by Contralateral Meridian Needling plus Movement
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical differences between the two acupuncture methods for scapulo-humeral periarthritis .Methods:78 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated by contralat-eral meridian needling plus movement or the conventional acupuncture treatment after randomization , in con-junction with the shoulder functional exercise .Before and after the first treatment , 2 courses of treatment , after the last treatment (4 courses only) assess their visual analog scale (VAS), shoulder severity index (SSI).Re-sults:Compared immediately after the first treatment , VAS,SSI scores had a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the conventional group;after two courses, VAS, SSI scores still had a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the conventional group; after four courses treatment , VAS still had a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), while SSI scores had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:According to the scapulohumeral periarthritis , the treatment of contralateral meridian needling plus movement is superior to the conventional method in pain relieving , while further study is needed in improving function , increasing muscle strength and so on .关键词
