电针治疗混合性尿失禁的临床研究
Clinical Study on Electro-acupuncture for the Treatment of Mixed Urinary Incontinence

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of electro -acupuncture for treating mixed uri-nary incontinence ( MUI).Methods:MUI patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an experimental group (32 cases) treated by electro -acupuncture and 33 cases in the control group given oral tolterodine hydrochloride combined with pelvic floor muscle training and bladder training.The volume of urine leakage for 1 hour,the frequency of urinary incontinence for 24 hours,ICIQ-SF scores,total effective rate as the observation index,the efficacy and safety were evaluated after four weeks 'treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group could significantly reduce MUI patients'volume of urine leakage for 1 hour (P<0.05)and reduce the frequency of urinary incontinence for 24 hours (P <0.01).Moreover,it could significantly reduce the ICIQ -SF scores ( P<0.01 ),and improve the patients 'quality of life.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group with 60.61%( P<0.05 ),and there was no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The electro-acu-puncture has a good clinical efficacy and safety for treating MUI.关键词
