中药治疗联合针灸推拿缓解膝关节增生性骨关节病的效果研究
Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupuncture and Massage in the Treatment of Knee Joint Proliferative Osteoarthropathy

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of TCM combined with acupuncture and massage in the treatment of knee joint proliferative osteoarthropathy.Methods:96 cases with knee joint proliferative osteoarthropathy were divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was given acupuncture and massage,and the observation group received Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of the therapy in the observation group.Clinical curative effect,VAS,WOMAC,MMP1 and MMP3 were compared between two groups.Re-sults:In the observation group the efficiency was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that of control group with 77.08%(P<0.05);VAS,joint swelling,joint tenderness,WOMAC score were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05 );MMP1,MMP3 levels were significantly lower than those in the con-trol group(P<0.01).Conclusion:TCM combined with acupuncture and massage can improve clinical symp-toms,lower joint fluid MMP1,MMP3 levels,and improve the effect for the treatment.关键词
