摘要

Abstract

The lack of incentive mechanism is the main reason that the enterprise don’t want to participate in the occupation education. For this reason, the paper is based on the incentive theory and makes the scientific con-struction of the incentive mechanism on the enterprises to participate in the occupation education. That is means we should strengthen the government's supervision and the incentive policies. Also we should improve the condi-tion of the occupation college and make them enhance the attractive to companies. Finally we should pay attention to the social benefit of the enterprise and enhance the enterprise's social responsibility.
