摘要

Abstract

“Labor shortage”phenomenon reflects the lack and dislocation of education of migrant workers,it has an important role in education and training for migrant workers to improve vocational skills. To improve the quality of existing industrial workers through training, to adapt to the demand of the industrial development of human re-sources, is the fundamental way to crack the“labor shortage”. In this paper, by analyzing the“labor shortage”, pointed out that the new generation of migrant workers to accept the necessity of education and training, which put forward the countermeasures of the education and training of the new generation of migrant workers.
