Abstract
The development of vacational skill is the core means of enhancing labor productivity, which is a very imporant premise to promote the economic and social development and realize getting a decent job. Lower qulity by vacational skill process may result in a vicious circle of lower education level, lower labor productivity and lower labor income for the whole society, thus losing the cornerstone of the realization of getting a decent job;therefore, in order to make the economic society step into a virtuous circle with higher labor productivity, decent jobs and higher labor income, an optimized and efficient policy system should be established by the state to take concrete and effective measures to strengthen the development of vocational skills and to improve the citizens’uptrend channel based on the enhancement of vocational skills.关键词
