The Formation of the Australian TAFE College School Culture

Abstract
Australian TAFE college culture values are the core of the school culture. The formation of all of the school culture are carried out around the core values. Australia TAFE school culture is a core practical skills-based thinking. In this core idea, drive by a physical school and initially a school culture. After vocational internal construction, sedimentation and the internalized, school culture finally formed. Chinese vocational schools also face the problem of the formation and construct of the school culture. After the exploration of the Australian TAFE college culture to provide a reference for the formation of China’s vocational school culture.关键词
