高职院校中层管理者胜任力模型适切性分析
The Competent Model Appropriateness Analysis of the Vocational Colleges Middle Managers

Abstract
In view of the literature review of the competency theory and application model relevant to middle man-agers of vocational colleges in recent five years, this paper analyzes the appropriateness of the theoretical model needed in the established competent model and in the project of “A study of the development of the abilities of middle managers in vocational colleges based on competent characteristics”(hereinafter as“This Project”). The analysis centers around the research theme, research subject, professional field, time effectiveness, reliability, and the emphasis of model application by using the comparative approach. The author argues that, in terms of scien-tificity, pertinence and time effectiveness, the competent model of middle managers in vocational colleges(Wang Kun, 2009)answers better for the model in This Project. Therefore, the author chooses the competent model of middle managers in vocational colleges (Wang Kun, 2009) as the theoretical foundation for the research of This Project, which theoretically supports the further development of the empirical research of middle managers in vo-cational colleges and their competency exploitation.关键词
