大肠癌组织中 Ezrin 和 PTEN蛋白的表达及相关性研究
Expression of Ezrin and PTEN proteins in colorectal carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of Ezrin and PTEN proteins in colorectal adenocarcinoma and its sig-nificance. Methods The expression of Ezrin and PTEN proteins was examined immunohistochemical y with SP method in 80 cas-es of colorectal adenocarcinoma, and the relationships of the expression with clinicopathological characteristics of tumor was an-alyzed. Results The positive rates of Ezrin and PTEN protein expression in 80 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma were 77.5%(62/80) and 46.3%(37/80) respectively. They were not correlated with age or histological type(P>0.05). The high level of Ezrin pro-tein expression and the low level of PTEN protein expression were correlated significantly with the Dukes' stage, serosa infiltration, lymph node metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma (P<0.01). The expressions of Ezrin protein was negatively correlated with that of PTEN protein(P<0.01). Conclusion The expressions of Ezrin and PTEN are correlated with the clinicopathological charac-teristics and biologic behaviors of colorectal adenocarcinoma. The combined detection of Ezrin and PTEN proteins may be helpful in evaluation of prognosis and aggressive potential of colorectal adenocarcinoma.关键词
