感觉统合训练对痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿粗大运动功能的影响
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of sensory integration training on the gross motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods Forty eight children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group (n=24) and control group (n=24).Both groups received routine rehabilitation training,while the treatment group also underwent sensory integration training. Gross motor function was tested before and 12 weeks after treatment by GMFM-66 in both groups. Results There were no significant differences in gender, age, type and before treatment GMFM-66 scores between two groups (P >0.05).The gross motor function was improved after treatment in both group (P<0.05); while that was more markedly in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sensory integration training can further improve the gross motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy.关键词
