摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of preoperative examination of lens opacity degree in prediction of postop-erative visual acuity. Methods Total 358 eyes (348 cases ) with different types of cataract were enrol ed,according to LOCS Ⅱthe lens opacities were classified and the cases were divided into two groups: in group A, indirect fundal ophthalmoscopy, retinometer, eyebal axial length measurement were performed; in group B, F-ERG, F-VEP, eyebal axial length measurement were performed. According to the above results, postoperative visual acuity was predicted, which was compared with the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) on 4 weeks after operation. Results The predicted postoperative visual acuity in 358 eyes was consistent with 4w postoperative BCVA, and there was no significant difference between group A and group B. The preoperative examination items were linearly correlated with the postoperative BCVA. Conclusion The preoperative examination can accu-rately predict postoperative visual acuity in cataract patients.关键词
