血清miR-200c水平对胃癌的诊断价值
Serum miR-200c in diagnosis of gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum miR-200c as a tumor biomarker in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Fifty patients with gastric cancer and 50 healthy controls were enrol ed in the study. Total RNA was extracted from serum samples for measurement of miR-200c levels using real-time PCR. The relationship between miR-200c levels and clinical characteristics of gastric cancer patients was analyzed. Results The relative abundance of serum miR-200c was signif-icantly higher in gastric cancer group than that in control group(P<0.05). The AUC-ROC for diagnosing gastric cancer was 0.725 (95%CI 0.698~0.851), and the sensitivity and specificity was 67.5%and 78.5%separately. The circulating miR-200c level was not correlated with the sex, age, tumor volume and TNM stage. Conclusion These data suggest that increased miR-200c levels are detected in the blood of gastric cancer patients and circulating miR-200c may be used as biomarker for gastric cancer.关键词
