胃促生长素对大鼠胃排空的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of ghrelin on gastric emptying in rats. Methods Fifty rats were randomly divided into five groups (n=10 in each). Ghrelin was intraperitoneal y injected (0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 nmol/kg) in 4 experimental groups;in control group the normal saline was injected instead. Semisolid feed was given by gastric gavage 45 min after injec-tion, 30min late the animals were sacrificed and gastric emptying was measured. Results The gastric emptying rate in ghrelin groups was significantly higher than that of controls [(36.08±5.57)%vs (27.18±2.37)%] in a dose-dependent manner. Conclu-sion Intraperitoneal injection of ghrelin can accelerate gastric emptying in rats in a dose-dependent manner.关键词
