摘要

Abstract

  In this paper, according to the existed ARC circulation system, a new five-grade auto-cascade cycle system was designed, and the researches in many aspects were carried on. The 5 substances R600A, R23, R14, R740 and R728 are selected as the components of the refrigerant. The initial ratio of these components was calculated with the software REFPROP. By the multiple experiments, the refrigeration system was stabilized at-123℃, the characteristics of temperature-decreasing of the system were analyzed. Besides, the components of the refrigerant in the running system were also tested and analyzed.
