Abstract
Objective To analysis the application value of B7-H4 and CA125 in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods The serum levels of B7-H4 and CA125 in ovarian cancer patients and healthy women were detected by ELISA double antibody sandwich assay. The relationship between the levels of B7-H4 and CA125 and ovarian cancer staging, treat-ment effect was analyzed and its value in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer was evaluated. Results The serum B7-H4, CA125 molecular level of patients with ovarian cancer was significantly higher than those of healthy controls and increased with the stage of cancer (P<0.05). The serum level of B7-H4 and CA125 was related with ovarian cancer therapeutic effect. B7-H4 in combination with CA125 used in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer can significantly improve the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity. Conclusion B7-H4 and CA125 in combination used in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis. It is worthy of in-depth research and application.关键词
