腹腔镜手术应用于不同分期结肠癌的临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery applied to different stages of colorectal cancer. Methods 180 cases of colorectal cancer patients admitted in our hospital from April 2011 to July 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group (90 cases) and the control group (90 cases). The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer and the control group was treated with traditional surgery. The tumor stage, distant metastasis after treatment, local recurrence and long-term complications of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of long-term complications (incisional hernia and intestinal obstruction) in control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group (P<0.05). No significant difference of the distant metastasis, local recurrence rate and 1 year survival rate was observed between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery was appropriate for various stages of colorectal cancer patients, which could obtain better clinical efficacy and have less long-term complications. So it was worthy of clinical application.关键词
