TPF、PF方案诱导化疗联合同期放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To compare the short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of TPF or PF neo-adjuvant chemotherapy com-bined with chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Sixty three newly diagnosed locally advanced NPC patients were randomly divided into experimental group (TPF 31 case) and control group (PF 32 case). After two cycles of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy, all the patients underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy. The short-term efficacy and adverse reaction of both groups were evaluated at the end of treatment. Results There were no significant differences in the short-term efficacy between the two groups (P=0.519). The incidence of neutropenia significantly increased in experimental group, as compared with control group (P=0.020). Conclusion TPF and PF neo-adjuvant chemotherapy combined with chemoradiotherapy had equal short-term clinical efficacy in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, while the long-term efficacies were still needed to be further researched.关键词
