香菇多糖注射液联合鸦胆子油乳注射液姑息治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的近期疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the near-term efficacy and safety of lentinan injection plus javanica oil emulsion injec-tion palliative treatment for patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods A randomized 85 patients diagnosed with advanced gastrointestinal cancer were divided into control group and observation group. 42 patients in the control group were given palliative treatment with javanica oil emulsion injection. 43 patients in the observation group were given lentinan injection plus javanica oil emulsion injection. 21d for a course and after three courses of treatment, the short term efficacy, quality of life and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The overall remission rate of the observa-tion group had no statistical difference with that of the control group (20.93% VS 19.05%, P>0.05). The disease control rate of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group (55.81% VS 33.33%, P<0.05). The life quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.44% VS 42.86%, P<0.05). The major ad-verse events of both groups were neutropenia, gastrointestinal reactions, anemia, liver function abnormalities, but the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Lentinan injection combined with javanica oil emulsion injection palliative treatment had better curative effect than javanica oil emulsion injection alone on advanced gastrointestinal cancer. It could significantly improve the quality of life of patients and reduce toxicity, and is worthy of further study.关键词
